Tom’s journey in the sustainability sector is extensive and varied, starting immediately after his graduation from the University of Leeds with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science. His career path has seen him in senior roles across both the public sector and private consultancy, including pivotal positions in energy & environmental and construction project management for the NHS Wirral, and as a Senior Environmental Advisor at Groundwork Merseyside.
As Managing Director, Tom oversees the full control of Inteb, a role he has embraced since January 2024, and before that as Operations Director since 2017. His responsibilities include developing and executing the company’s strategic plans, fostering innovation, and driving business growth. Tom’s leadership extends to nurturing a multi-disciplinary team of highly qualified specialists, ensuring Inteb remains at the forefront of delivering solutions that address the main issues affecting organisations in their journey towards sustainability and net-zero carbon objectives.
