The Langham Estate, with nearly a century of history, is nestled in the West End neighbourhood of Fitzrovia, home to some of London’s most diverse and progressive businesses. For the past thirty years, their current owners have been dedicated to making this corner of Fitzrovia a vibrant area. As part of their ongoing commitment to operational improvement, The Langham Estate aimed to enhance their utility data management and streamline the handling of supplier invoices. These efforts were crucial to prepare for upcoming utility contract renewals and optimise resource efficiency.

  • Conducted thorough reviews to align data from various sources, including suppliers and national databases, resolving any discrepancies.

3. Monthly Meter Reading Tool:

  • Created an easy-to-use monthly meter reading spreadsheet to assist the maintenance team in monitoring non-AMR meters.

4.Group Electricity and Gas Market Tender:

  • We executed a group tender for The Langham Estate’s electricity and gas contracts, delivering significant cost savings.
  • Achieved a 13% reduction in gas costs and an impressive 32% savings on electricity, while also securing improved supplier terms.
  • This tender not only provided immediate cost benefits but also improved contract flexibility and service levels with suppliers.
  • Retained 100% REGO backed renewable electricity supplier.

The group tender resulted in substantial cost savings, while improving supplier terms and future-proofing their energy procurement.
